These sales terms and conditions for the BOK K2 Ring (“Terms”) are applicable to you when you purchase an BOK K2 Ring on the BOK Health website available at www.bokhealth.com (“Website”) or via the BOK Health app (”App”). The Website and the App are owned, managed and operated by BOK Health Healthcare Private Limited which is a company incorporated in the United States with its registered office at 8 The Green, Ste R, Dover, Kent, Zip Code 19901, Delaware, USA (“BOK Health”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms apply to the sales contract between you and us, along with the FAQs, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use as available on the Website.
PLACING AN ORDER, ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
To place an order for BOK K2 Ring, kindly visit the Website, fill your personal details such as name, email id, address, phone number, and other information in the order form as available on the Website, confirm your acceptance to these Terms, add the BOK K2 Ring to your shopping cart, check out (using your chosen payment method) with your account ID or as a guest customer, and have your items shipped to you or to a person designated by you in accordance with these Terms and shipment notification as provided by BOK Health.
Alternatively, you can email us on support@bokhealth.com and an BOK Health representative will assist you through the order process. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a web order number. Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we’ll email you an order confirmation.
You need to be at least 18 years old to place an order for the BOK Health Ring on the Website or the App.
All purchases or orders of BOK K2 Ring are subject to the advance payments in full. We shall only deliver fully paid orders.
PRICING, PRICE CORRECTIONS, DUTIES AND TAXES
BOK Health at all times reserves the right to change the prices for the BOK K2 Ring displayed on its Website and/or App and to correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by BOK Health. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error (via email and/or your other preferred mode of communication, as applicable) and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.
Purchasers in the United States can see the prices and make purchases in USD while the purchasers from outside the United States can see the prices and make purchases in USD (or other currencies as preferred by BOK Health) for the BOK K2 Ring on the Website. For international cards used for purchases, the bank’s applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice. Discounted pricing is applicable for BOK Health users subject to terms and conditions. If you are purchasing the BOK K2 Ring under the Trade-In program, then the Terms and conditions of the Trade-In shall be applicable.
Our products are liable for GST in the United States. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and you will know about this before making payments.
If you are purchasing the BOK K2 Ring from outside the United States, you will have to pay any applicable Customs duty/Sales Tax/VAT/GST as per your country's rules.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All deliveries are subject to stock availability. We will keep you updated on any adjustments to the delivery schedule.
Before you order the BOK K2 Ring, we recommend you know your exact ring size. You may purchase a ring sizing kit from us. Please use the ring sizing kit to determine the BOK Health Ring size appropriate to you. Please share the correct ring size with us so that we deliver the right sized BOK K2 Ring to you. Please note, we do not provide any half sizes.
Upon confirmation of the ring size by you, we will make best efforts to deliver the BOK K2 Ring to you within 4 weeks (in the United States). International deliveries may take longer and we will keep you updated on the estimated delivery dates. Please note that the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control and we shall not be held liable for the same. We will, however, notify you of any significant delays, and work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. We will not be liable for late deliveries by the parcel providers or in case of force majeure at our end or delivery parcel provider’s end or IT systems disruption.
You will be shown the tentative month of delivery on the website while ordering. We will share a more precise shipping date a month prior to the delivery month.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your order details, courier and tracking information. If ordering as a gift, you may wish to provide your own email address and not the address of the recipient. Make sure that the email address on your order is correct. If you do not receive the emails, check your spam folder.
The risk of loss or damage to the BOK K2 Ring shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the BOK Health Ring. We are not responsible if the BOK K2 Ring is lost or damaged after delivery to you. If you are an BOK Health member, you enjoy certain privileges such as extended coverage during standard warranty period and can reach out to support@bokhealth.com to avail benefits of your BOK Health membership.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
We may be unable to accept any changes to your order in the following circumstances, (i) once your order has been prepared basis your earlier confirmation of size and/or color and (ii) once you receive a shipment notification i.e. when the BOK K2 Ring has been prepared for shipping, or the BOK K2 Ring has been shipped. Once you receive a shipment notification, we may be unable to change the delivery address as well.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order before the order has been shipped by writing to us at support@bokhealth.com. A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS
If you have received your order and find that it is damaged or defective, please email us at support@Bokhealth.com, within 24 hours of receipt of your order. The request will, however, be entertained once a BOK Health team member has checked and determined the same at his own end.
In case of any damage to your delivery, BOK Health will be in direct contact with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and, where appropriate, deliver a replacement.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
BOK K2 Ring cannot be exchanged with another product or service available for sale on the Website, save and except permitted Trade-In. Please refer to the Trade-In Terms and Conditions for more information or write to support@bokhealth.com.
Our return policy allows you to return the BOK K2 Ring within 30 days of delivery if you're not completely satisfied. The product must include all original accessories, including the charger, and must be in its original packaging. Also, returns and refunds shall also be subject to applicable laws of the country from where the purchase has been made. Cooling Off Period i.e. return of the products purchased without any reason within certain number of days from the date of receipt, should be as per the applicable laws of the country from where the ring is being purchased. Return shipping is free. We will provide you with a shipping label once your return request is processed.
WARRANTY
Subject to applicable laws, BOK Health provides a 12 (twelve) months limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship for any new BOK K2 Ring (“Warranty”). The applicable warranty terms and conditions will be contained in your BOK Health Ring hardware box as well. BOK Health is not responsible for any loss or damage (including loss of data) arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the BOK K2 Ring use. Your purchase order number together with the date of delivery will be the warranty support document.
This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that is incompatible with BOK Health’s products and services; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by using the BOK K2 Ring in violation of these Terms and Terms of Use; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone other than BOK Health; (g) to an BOK K2 Ring that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of BOK Health; (h) to damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the BOK K2 Ring, (i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the BOK K2 Ring, or (j) if BOK Health receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the BOK K2 Ring, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the BOK K2 Ring (e.g., by presenting proof of purchase).
EXTENDED COVERAGE AND TRADE-IN
All BOK Health users can avail extended coverage during standard warranty period where we extend the warranty to cover accidental damages, theft and loss of BOK K2 Ring. Please note, BOK K2 Ring can be replaced one time under the annual BOK Health extended coverage. Please note, only one replacement is permitted in the lifetime of the ring irrespective of the number of BOK Health plans purchased. For validating the claims, kindly provide (1) proof of purchase of the ring, (2) any other relevant details to ensure the claimed product matches the one covered under warranty, (3) Police Report.
BOK Health is available for purchase only to buyers in the United States and Mexico. We will soon be extending this to other geographies. Once we do, we will inform you via your chosen mode of communication.
BOK Health benefits can be availed only with a valid BOK Health subscription which is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase.
BOK Health plans will be serviced only within the geographical region in which the original purchase of BOK Health plan occurred. The BOK Health plan is non-transferable across different geographical locations. Any claims, repairs, or servicing related to the BOK Health plan must be initiated and carried out within the same region as the original purchase. Transferring the BOK Health plan to another geographical location is not permitted and may result in the termination of the plan without any entitlement to a refund or coverage. It is the responsibility of the plan holder to ensure compliance with this geographic limitation.
Please note that benefits under BOK Health plan are not shareable. The benefits and advantages of the plan are exclusively applicable to the purchaser and cannot be shared with others.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY BOK Health
BOK Health is entitled to cancel the order under following circumstances:
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES FROM COUNTRIES OTHER THAN the United States
BOK Health shall not be responsible and it shall be your responsibility to check, with your local regulatory or competent authorities, whether the BOK K2 Ring which you are planning to order or have ordered can be imported and used by you in your country of residence. It is recommended that you obtain confirmation from your local authorities prior to placing an order on the Website or App.
BOK K2 Ring available for purchase on the Website and App is compliant with the United Statesn laws and regulations. BOK Health disclaims any and all liability for not being compliant with local applicable laws if BOK K2 Ring and BOK Health services are to be used or imported in any other country.
BOK K2 Ring may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
BOK K2 Ring purchased from our crowdfunding campaigns such as including Kickstarter are exempt from our standard return and refunds policy. The product warranty, subject to applicable laws, shall still be applicable.
If you purchase the BOK K2 Ring in any crowdfunding campaign, you will need to pay for the import taxes and the value-added tax (VAT) depending on the shipping destination.
Save and except where mandated by applicable laws, if for any reason, ring purchase price is to be refunded to the buyer and the shipping total paid to BOK Health included Import Fees, BOK Health shall not be able to refund the Import Fees. For the avoidance of doubt, if the customer is cancelling the online order due to an issue on our end (e.g., no size fits), we shall refund all fees, including duties and taxes if already paid by the customer.
BOK Health Healthcare Ltd, an entity incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom, a wholly owned subsidiary of the the United Statesn holding company, shall participate in the crowdfunding campaigns such as including Kickstarter. If you are purchasing the BOK K2 Ring in the crowdfunding campaigns, you will be purchasing the product from our UK subsidiary whereas shipment and delivery of the product shall be made to you by the the United Statesn holding company.
CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION
